My Experience With Losing Weight
During my entire childhood, I have been too fat (yes, really fat like 80kg with my height just 165cm).
Around the age of 17, I decided to completely stop this and I started to change my lifestyle.
I started to workout, eat supplements and of course changed my diet (this is most important).
To be honest, I didn’t know much about the healthy ways to lose weight and fat. My method was anything but healthy, I ate very little food and started workout every day.
Because of this, I lost a lot of weight, about 23 kg in few months. But, I also noticed that I was getting weaker and more futile.
I know that something is not right and I’m not doing it the correct way.
Since that time, my passion for weight loss, diet and nutrition has grown enormously.
I started to study and learn more about the processes and mechanism in our body and what works and what doesn’t work.
I hope that I can inspire and motivate you with my articles.
